TikTok Shop Seller Center Login: URLs by Region and Fixes

Delzonic

Short answer: TikTok Shop Seller Center runs on regional URLs, and using the wrong one is the most common reason a login fails. US sellers use seller-us.tiktok.com, UK sellers seller-uk.tiktok.com, and the same pattern continues for other markets. Your login also has to match the method you registered with. An account created with a TikTok account will not open with an email and password, even if that email is on the account.

Almost every “I cannot log in” case comes down to one of those two things. The rest are a handful of specific states, and each has a different fix.

What is the correct Seller Center URL for my region?

Market Seller Center URL
United States seller-us.tiktok.com
United Kingdom seller-uk.tiktok.com
Philippines seller-ph.tiktok.com
Malaysia seller-my.tiktok.com
Indonesia seller-id.tokopedia.com
Thailand seller-th.tiktok.com
Vietnam seller-vn.tiktok.com

The account is tied to the market it was registered in. A US shop will not open in the UK Seller Center, and the error you get is usually a generic failure rather than a helpful “wrong region” message. Indonesia is the one worth noting separately, since it runs through Tokopedia following the merger there.

Verify the current URL for your market in your own registration confirmation email rather than trusting a list, including this one. TikTok has moved these before.

Why does my password not work?

Because Seller Center supports several sign-in methods and they are not interchangeable. If the shop was registered by logging in with a TikTok account, there is no separate Seller Center password to reset. Trying to reset one produces either nothing or an unrelated account.

Work out which method created the shop. If you signed up through the TikTok app or with a TikTok username, use the TikTok account option. If you registered with an email and set a password at the time, use the email option. If someone else set the shop up, they used one of these and only they know which.

The phone number trap

Registration frequently ties to a phone number for verification, and that number receives the login code. If you have changed numbers since registering, the code goes to a number you no longer control and no password reset will fix it. This has to go through seller support with identity documents, and it is the slowest of these problems to resolve. If you are still holding the old number, update it now rather than after it lapses.

What if the login works but the shop is missing?

You are in the right place with the wrong account. This happens when a seller has more than one TikTok account and registered the shop under a different one than the one they habitually use.

Log out completely, clear the session, and sign in with the specific account tied to the shop. If you genuinely do not know which one, the registration confirmation email names it, and the payout bank details are another way to identify the right account.

What if I get in but everything is locked?

Access without function usually means one of three states. Verification is incomplete, so the shop exists but cannot trade until documents are approved. The account is under review, which looks similar but resolves on its own. Or the shop is suspended, in which case there will be a violation record behind it.

Check Shop Health before assuming it is a login problem at all. If there is a violation record, the route forward is the appeal, not support. Our guide on writing an appeal that actually works covers what reviewers act on, and restricted accounts covers the states themselves.

Is there a Seller Center app?

There is a Seller Center mobile app for most markets, and it is genuinely useful for order notifications and quick fulfilment actions. It is not a replacement for the desktop version. Product editing, bulk operations, analytics and most settings are desktop only, and trying to run a shop from the app is how sellers miss things.

Pro tip

Bookmark your regional Seller Center URL directly rather than searching for it each time. Searching for the login returns a mix of regional URLs and lookalike domains, and phishing pages that harvest seller credentials specifically target this query. A seller account with payout details attached is worth stealing. Never enter Seller Center credentials on a page you arrived at from a search result or an email link.

What do I do if none of this works?

Contact seller support through the Help Center inside any Seller Center session you can open, even a different regional one, and give them the shop name, the registered email or phone, and what you have already tried. If you cannot open any session at all, the support form on TikTok’s seller site is the remaining route.

Be specific about the state rather than describing the frustration. “Login with TikTok account succeeds, shop does not appear, shop name is X, registered under phone ending 4471” gets routed. “I cannot log in” does not. Our guide to reaching a human at seller support covers what actually gets a real reply.

Frequently asked questions

Is there one universal Seller Center login?

No. The URL is regional and your account belongs to the market it was registered in.

Can I access a US shop from outside the US?

Generally yes, the shop is tied to registration rather than to your current location, though some markets apply additional verification when the login location changes.

Can two people log into the same shop?

Yes, through sub-accounts with their own permissions. Sharing one login is worse practice and makes it impossible to see who changed what.

I forgot which email I registered with.

Search your inbox for the registration confirmation, or check which email receives your payout and order notifications.

Does the Seller Center session expire?

Yes, and more aggressively than most dashboards. Frequent re-login is normal and is not a sign of a problem.

Can I change my registered region later?

Not directly. Selling into a different market normally means a separate registration for that market.

Before you close this tab

Bookmark the correct regional URL, confirm which sign-in method created your shop, and make sure the phone number on the account is one you still control. Those three take two minutes and prevent almost every version of this problem.
